Hope they prosecute her to the fullest extent of the Law.

She had hepatitis C, which she believes she contracted through using heroin and sharing dirty needles while she lived in New Jersey in 2008, authorities said.

Her risky behavior caused her to get hep C and she don't want to go down alone.

We had a case in Lawrence Kansas where a guy was on trial for knowing exposing women to HIV while having unprotected sex with them. I would consider that assault with a deadly weapon.

As a former health care giver, I am shocked and sad to see what is called quality health care in TN & VA. Clearly PROFIT CARE is more important than PATIENT CARE. We must have public option NOW. www.wisecountyissues.com/?p=62 How many more innocent people will die for greed ? The very health care system we trust and depend on keeping us healthy is infecting our communities with MRSA ( Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureas )

Remember when all those veterans were exposed to HIV last month due to lack in sanitation oversight? That scares the bloody Hell out of me as I wish to never be in a hospital for any reason whatsoever. Even a basic procedure such as childbirth can open the door to contracting all types of drug resistant bacteria. I know a while back KCTV5 in Kansas City did an investigation into local hospitals and their records of sanitation and cleanliness and it was disturbing to say the very least. What scares me are doctors who do not wash their hands between patients.
